By booking travel services through WheatleyWorldWide, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

WheatleyWorldWide is an independent travel agency working in partnership with InteleTravel, a registered host agency. We arrange travel on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers.

2. Our Role

We act as a booking agent. Your contract is with the individual service providers, whose terms and conditions will apply. We will always provide you with these before you confirm your booking.

3. Financial Protection

All bookings made through us are financially protected via our partnerships, which is affiliated with trusted industry bodies such as ABTA and ATOL. This ensures peace of mind when booking package holidays and travel services.

4. Deposits & Payments

Some bookings may require a deposit at the time of confirmation. Full payment due dates and amounts will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation or loss of deposit.

5. Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any fees or penalties will be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions. We will always assist in minimising these costs where possible.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers have valid travel insurance covering cancellations, health, and baggage. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate coverage.

7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring all travellers in your party have valid passports and meet visa or entry requirements for your destination. We will advise where possible but are not liable for refused entry due to documentation issues.

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure all information provided is accurate at the time of booking. However, suppliers may make changes to schedules, amenities, or itineraries. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as we’re made aware.

9. Liability

We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, delays, or events beyond our control (e.g. weather disruptions, political unrest, public health emergencies). Any claims should be directed to the relevant supplier or insurer.
